Fund Donation Terms

We only accept donations from Indian citizens, through an Indian bank or card.

Your personal payment-related information will be governed by our Privacy Policy.

In particular, we will not disclose this information to anyone except where required by law.

Donations cannot be refunded except in case of credit card fraud or duplicate transactions.

Please email swekshadaan@gmail.com within 10 days of payment to request a refund.

Donation to the "Swekshadaan Foundation" does not entitle you to any goods, services, positions at Swekshadaan Foundation or any other consideration.

Funds are used in accordance with our goals as decided by the trustees. "Swekshadaan Foundation" will publish periodic statements of accounts.

Contribution to Swekshadaan Foundation has been notified for 100% deduction from Taxable Income under section 12A (Regd No: AAWTSO864NE20221) & 80G (Regd No: AAWTSO864NF20221) of Income Tax Act, 1961
